TOOTH EXTRACTION
A tooth extraction is a procedure to remove a tooth from the gum socket. Typically, your oral surgeon will ask that you at least take about 48-72 hours to relax afterward so the treatment area is allowed to clot. After that, a patient should be able to return to normal physical activity. The soft tissue will usually fully heal in about 3-4 weeks.
Root canal treatment
Root canal treatments a procedure that removes damaged or dead pulp from within the teeth. This can help reduce toothache and prevent infection from spreading beyond the tooth itself. The process involves the use of X-rays to determine the number and shape of root canals, as well as signs of infection in the surrounding bone. During treatment, local anesthetic will be given and an opening made through the top of the tooth into its core, after which narrow, files are used to remove dead tissue from root canals. Once cleaned out, a temporary filling may be placed; if necessary, antibiotics may also be prescribed in cases where symptoms have spread beyond just the tooth itself. After this, either a permanent filling or post-supported crown is fitted on top of the filled root canal depending on individual need. In some instances, an apicectomy – surgery to remove part of a root – might be necessary for persisting inflammation at its tip but retreatment is possible should recurring infection occur over time. Ultimately Root Canal Treatment offers many benefits by relieving pain caused by damage/decay and preventing more serious conditions from developing due to infected teeth remaining in place. At Front line medical center we use specialized instruments for root canal like rotary endodontics. Apex locator for precison,3D obturation using back fill, laser assited root canals for best disinfection of canals and bio ceramic sealers for the best healing.

Have you ever noticed your gums bleeding while brushing, flossing, or eating? This is a sign of gum inflammation – and it’s something that needs to be taken seriously.
Gum disease, such as gingivitis or periodontists, occurs when bacteria builds up between the tooth and the gingiva. If left untreated, this can lead to serious problems over time – including loss of teeth support and even tooth loss!
In many cases, gum inflammation is caused by improper brushing techniques or insufficient dental care (like not flossing regularly). However, certain conditions like hormonal imbalances, pregnancy hormones and smoking can also make the problem worse.
That’s why it’s so important to see your dentist for regular checkups if you’re suffering from bleeding gums or bad taste in your mouth. Fortunately, there are treatments available that can help restore your oral health!
TEETH WHITENING & TEETH CLEANING
Teeth whitening is a cosmetic dental procedure that involves removing stains and discoloration from the surface of teeth to give them a whiter and brighter appearance. This is typically done using bleaching agents such as hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide, which break down the stains and discoloration on the surface of the teeth.
Teeth cleaning, also known as dental prophylaxis, is a routine dental procedure that involves removing plaque, tartar, and stains from the surface of teeth. This is typically done by a dental hygienist using specialized tools and techniques to clean and polish the teeth. Teeth cleaning is an important part of oral hygiene and can help prevent cavities, gum disease, and other dental problems.
While teeth cleaning is a routine dental procedure that is typically done every six months as part of regular dental check-ups, teeth whitening is an elective cosmetic procedure that is not necessary for maintaining oral health.
CHILDREN DENTISTRY
Children’s dentistry, also known as pediatric dentistry, is a branch of dentistry that focuses on the oral health of children, from infancy through adolescence. Pediatric dentists specialize in treating the dental needs of children and have additional training in child psychology and behavior management techniques to help make dental visits a positive experience for children.
It’s recommended that children have their first dental visit by their first birthday, and then continue to see a pediatric dentist regularly for preventive care and dental treatment as needed
SEALANTS & DENTAL HEALTH
Fissure sealants are a type of protective plastic coating that is applied to the grooves found on the chewing surfaces of back teeth. These deep crevices can be difficult to clean and therefore cause an increased risk of decay, making it essential to protect them with a durable sealant.
The sealant material is initially runny but hardens quickly, forming an invisible or tooth-colored barrier over each fissure. The procedure is usually recommended for children’s permanent teeth, rather than their milk teeth. Your dentist will assess whether your child needs this kind of protection, based on factors such as shape and structure of each individual tooth, previous dental history (for both your child and family), and any health issues they may have which could affect their oral health.
To apply the fissures sealant your dentist will first thoroughly clean the chosen tooth with a rotating brush or rubber polisher in order to remove any plaque or debris from its surface. Once dry – achieved by suctioning moisture away from the area –a mild acid will then be dabbed onto it briefly in order to make its texture rougher so that the plastic adheres better when applied later. After washing off this solution again, air is blown onto it through cotton wool rolls placed around the tooth until completely dry before applying a layer of see-through or tooth-colored paint directly onto each groove being sealed. It is then hardened using special light technology before finally checking how comfortable it fits into place when biting down upon completion.
The lasting benefits include enhanced protection against decay which has been proven to last for several years at least – often longer – plus if falling out prematurely these can also usually be replaced providing there hasn’t been any damage caused underneath first during that time period.
